Lefse 2011

This year, we've had a heck of a time getting all of the family together for our annual lefse-making day. (Lots of illnesses going around for the past month and this time of year is just so busy for everyone!) We finally got together last weekend and whoever was able to went to my in-laws' house to make some lefse. It's also very relaxing for me so maybe I should invest in a "lefse grill" and do this more than once a year!!
