1. When you think you bought too much candy, don't pass it out in handfuls because you might run out early.... (No explanations there! We ended up raiding our home candy supply plus all of our fruit snacks before finally turning off our lights at 7:30pm. Lame!!)
2. Too much candy really WILL give you a tummy ache.
This last one pertains to dear Caleb who went trick-or-treating for the first time tonight.
Here he is showing off his new trick-or-treat bag. (No, we didn't really let him wear it around his neck!)

With Daddy right before they set off on their journey.

**In case you're wondering why he isn't just giddy with excitement in these pictures, Caleb wasn't too sure what to expect. We told him how everything would go--the ringing of the door bell, the candy giving, etc.---but I think he was still a little nervous.
My little Pooh Bear waiting for her Tigger to return...

Caleb with all of his loot:

To most of you, this doesn't look like a lot of candy. He only went to 5 houses but was SO proud of his candy stash. We told him that he could eat two pieces, but like any child, he took advantage of the rules since both of his parents were distracted with other projects at the time. Eventually, I noticed that he had eaten about 8 things of candy---AFTER he complained of a tummy ache, of course!! Needless to say, the candy went into the "hiding spot" and Caleb was told to go brush his teeth VERY well. :)
Happy Halloween to everyone! Hope you had a safe and fun holiday!

Tigger and Pooh! How cute!! Tigger is jumpy and energetic a lot like Caleb and Pooh is relaxed and content a lot like Hannah. Sooo cute! Thanks for the pictures!
