Halloween 2009

We had such a fun Halloween!! My aunt, uncle and two cousins came up from Iowa to hang out with us, my brother, Jon, and his wife, Stef, came over, and so did my mom and brother, Ben. It was a relaxing and fun Halloween celebration, complete with tons of candy, delicious beef stew and lots of laughs!!

Kara went trick-or-treating with Caleb and Chris. (She's dressed as a mummy in a coffin---Haha!)


Hannah was dressed as a butterfly princess and I didn't worry about bundling her up since she was just going to stay inside with me and pass out candy. She got bored of this outfit after about an hour and decided to switch to her ladybug costume. I didn't get a picture of it, so you'll have to take my word for it that it was pretty cute! :)

Caleb was SO excited to trick-or-treat that he barely ate any dinner. He also left so quickly that I didn't get a chance to wipe his face or give him a sweatshirt to put on under his costume...


Hannah was a little bit apprehensive of the trick-or-treaters so she took comfort on Grandma's lap.
