Power Wheels

In May (yes, I'm still trying to catch-up with my May posts), we finally broke down and got Caleb a Power Wheels. He has a four-wheeler one, but since the kids in our neighborhood all seem to have jeep ones, Caleb had been asking for one of those (for about two years!). We would normally just say no since it's quite a big purchase, however, it's so sad to watch Caleb stare out the window at the other kids riding around in our cul-de-sac. Why not let him join them?? So, Chris and Caleb picked out this doozy of a Power Wheels. I'm pretty sure Caleb has the coolest one on the block now!! :)



Hannah was just as excited as Caleb to get it all set up....


...and we've even let her drive it a time or two. (However, dare devil that she is, she prefers to drive it at the "fast" speed rather than the slower one. Now we just have to teach her how to steer so she doesn't run into the neighbor's landscaping again....)

This vehicle has already gotten tons of use this year and proved to be a great purchase for our kiddos. And it certainly comes in handy when friends come over to play!! :)
