Ah...Those Summer Nights

Does anyone remember running around the neighborhood with the neighbor kids, playing games that you might need to pick teams for??  Did anyone else stick their feet in the middle to do "Eenie-meenie-miny-mo"?  I certainly remember those days so it was pretty cute to find the neighborhood kids standing on our patio last night like this:

It was so hot and humid that my camera was fogging up but I just had to capture this moment.  And, yes, that is a green light-saber and a plastic sword that you see in the picture.  There were about a dozen kids in our yard--some dressed as Darth Vader and Batman, despite the heat--and they were picking teams to have some sort of pretend war.  I love watching these kids play.  :)
