Today is Saturday, but it totally feels like Sunday to me. It must be because we had dinner at my in-laws which is what we typically do on Sunday evenings. Normally, we come home from dinner and wind-down, getting ready for the week ahead. Mondays begin when we all wake up early, which we all hate to do. Today, we got home from dinner, wound-down by chatting with some neighbors outside and now we get to stay up late and sleep in tomorrow!! :)
Hannah started crawling yesterday and it's pretty fun to watch. Here at home, Caleb is annoyed that she is able to get to his toys, but he didn't seem to mind when I gave her some of his toys to play with tonight. He must only care when there is no one but Mom to impress. I was once again surprised by Caleb's imagination and conversation skills today. He asked his little second cousin if she wanted to go "see the playhouse" tonight and it was cute to see those two talk to each other like they were adults. On the way home, I asked him to sing "Itsy Bitsy Spider" but instead, he made up his own song about a baby deer who couldn't find his mom so he looked all over and eventually found her. It was a whole story with a tune. Quite impressive if you ask me! He certainly impressed great-grandma tonight when he "fished" from Grandma's main floor to the basement and it's true, his imagination throws me for a loop sometimes.
Too tired to write much more about my awesome day. Most of you were with me at some point today so you know I was having a good time all day! :) Perhaps I will elaborate tomorrow and let you all in on the fun.... ;)

Thanks for giving me a fun crafting break from the insanity of getting ready to move! We'll have to do it again, soon!
